We have successfully established a strategic relationship with Microsoft and proudly provide Cloud Solutions in Azure and Office 365 to our growing clientele.   We offer a blend of standard cloud solutions services, custom application designs and productivity solutions, all of which leverage the Microsoft 365 toolset. 

About The Role

This is a Hybrid role and the incumbent will be required to attend on-site client meetings and work out of the Pickering office from time to time as required by your direct supervisor. 

In this role, you will support Technical Leads and Consultants to define business objectives, client requirements and document processes and procedures.  In addition, you will be providing ongoing support for the successful definition and delivery of Microsoft 365-based solutions to our portfolio of growing clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams that will work closely with our clients to define requirements and develop solutions for digital engagement projects  
  • Participate during the discovery and solutioning phases of projects and drives the delivery phase for smaller projects 
  • Facilitate client engagement with coordination, solutioning and quality management to ensure the effective delivery of products.   
  • Aligns to and applies business analysis best practices to support Agile approaches to technology development 
  • Supports the remaining product development life cycle and assists in scope clarifications, delivery times and ensures requirements are aligned to the solution  
  • Support customers through the Office 365 migration, upgrades, solutioning, training, onboarding, technical adoption, and business automation processes   
  • Collaborate with systems administrators to research, plan, design, implement and support existing and emerging 0365 technologies  
  • Tracks projects and system incidents through to resolution via the support ticket tracking system and the various IT Logs  
  • Support clients’ Office 365 and Microsoft Azure portal administration.  
  • Maintain company MPN and CSP workspaces, including generating and updating Customer Association documentation as needed for tasks completed  

Technical Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst. New Graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Experience working with Office 365 and or Microsoft SharePoint solutions, including onboarding, migration, training and solutioning  
  • Strong knowledge of business and systems analysis, system integration, and project management methodologies. 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Platform including Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Power Apps and Power Automate. 
  • Understanding of the Security & Compliance aspects of M365  
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripts for effective analysis, administration, and deployment activities is an asset. 
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, with the ability to effectively present technical solutions to various audiences  
  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick problem-solving ability to think outside the box while troubleshooting and providing innovative solutions 
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and in a virtual team environment   
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work effectively work under pressure while managing conflicting priorities and deadlines  
  • Solution-centric approach and customer-oriented attitude.  
  • Strong Technical writing skills, including documentation of process and procedures  
  • Microsoft Certifications: MS-100 and MS-700 will be considered an asset
