About The Role

As a HelpDesk Associate, you will be focused on delivering Managed Services for our Microsoft CSP clients. This role will enable the associate to resolve common workload and task-oriented issues, that require quick and informed actions, to meet client expectations and maintain service quality.

As a member of a small team, you will be called on to support across a range of IT solutions, CSP functions and end-user support, enabling a faster learning and career development path than more singular roles sometimes found under this job heading.

What you’ll do

The role of the IT Help Desk Associate is centred on providing superior support for all Microsoft 365 tenant workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Compliance, Security, Office apps, etc.

  • Understanding and executing client requirements
  • Infrastructure operations and management
  • Adopting and learning to support new technologies and solutions
  • Performing CSP Administration tasks
  • Providing remote support for users of all technology skill levels
  • Implementing security and compliance best practice, with direction by the Security team
  • Troubleshooting business application issues

Qualification, Skills & Education

  • Degree in an IT-related field
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 workloads, Windows 10, Windows Server, virtualization technologies, and basic networking
  • Ability to support large and small organizational needs in a timely manner
  • Familiar with standard IT practices and policies
  • Familiar with IT service management tools and processes (helpdesk, ticketing, etc.)
  • Eagerness to contribute and be mentored

You’ll be an active part of building and supporting the Azure environment for custom E-Learning projects. Utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM, you’ll manage Tiered Managed Services for Microsoft clients, and best of all, you’ll shadow the Lead Consultant from the supportive yet forward-facing role for all new solutions.

Supported by communications from the video production, design and animation team, your IT solutions will be brought to life with clients, boosting adoption and encouraging productivity through the Microsoft suite. Ultimately, you will be a part of a fast-growing team at the center of a company involved in many exciting projects across a small but growing roster of quality clients.
