Role summary

As an IT Security and Managed Services Associate, you will support the Customer Success team by implementing and managing IT security measures and managed services for our clients. This role involves working closely with the Customer Success Lead, the Development team, and the IT Solutions team to ensure the security and efficiency of our clients’ IT environments. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential to cater to our diverse client base. This role is primarily based in our office in Pickering or other locations as required. 

Key responsibilities

  • Implement and manage IT security measures to protect client data and systems. 
  • Provide managed services to ensure the smooth operation of client IT environments. 
  • Report security and managed services activities to the Customer Success Lead. 
  • Work closely with developers and the IT solutions team to assess, design, and deliver IT security solutions. 
  • Participate in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our services. 
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Admin, IT Solutions, and Customer Success, to deliver a seamless customer experience. 
  • Utilize CRM tools and email automation to manage customer interactions effectively. 
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to our services. 
  • Provide support to the customer success team as needed. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT security or managed services roles. 
  • Strong understanding of IT security measures and managed services. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and related tools. 
  • Previous experience in an IT solutions company.
