Who we are

We are a fast-growing start-up Company established in 2016 based in Pickering, Ontario, that established and maintains a strategic relationship with our growing clientele in the Corporate, Medical, Regional and Municipal Government and Manufacturing sectors.

These clients require robust video production, graphic design and editing services for Corporate Communications, E-Learning, Digital Signage and Social Media needs. To address this, we equip our operators with cinema cameras and associates lenses, editing hardware and software, drones and DSLRs, among other assets, to deliver high quality and consistent content.

Our passion to learn and grow is nurtured in our team members and we hope to work with others that are willing to learn, improve and grow in various methods and ways to deliver high-quality Communication, E-Learning and Social Media content.

Role summary

The Digital Content Designer will be part of the Content team, responsible for creating engaging digital assets for clients messaging, marketing and training. Together with the other Production Team members, the successful candidate is required to deliver consistent digital-first design across various channels, including SharePoint, Websites, Digital Screens, Print and Social media

Key responsibilities

  • You will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Create internal and external client communications
  • Propose and write content for client social media accounts
  • Update and monitor client and company social media accounts
  • Update and post content on the company website and internal intranet
  • Manage all company photos and videos
  • Utilize Social Media scheduling and listening tools and generate monthly reports
  • Actively participate as a member on multiple client projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Technical requirements

  • Detailed oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, and resourceful
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
  • An eager learner with a positive attitude
  • Approach challenges with a positive attitude and a customer-first perspective.
  • Thrives in a team environment with a passion for collaborating with various teams and is adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook Business and Social Media scheduling
  • Be knowledgeable of relevant online platforms, generating and managing campaigns  – LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, Twitter
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or a related field
  • Have a minimum 1-year experience creating online content with a deep understanding of social media
  • Bi-Lingual English and French a strong asset
