What is it?

Take 15 is an innovative web-based learning tool designed to help users adapt to new technologies in the workplace. More than just educating your team members on “how to use it”, Take 15 takes an interactive approach using a 15-minute audio/visual webcast format to help reveal the actual advantages of the subject matter – new technologies, systems or software – and encourage quick adaptation and use in the workplace.

What about traditonal training methods?

Take 15 does not replace training; it enhances the experience by using relatable workplace examples and experiences to highlight what the new service or technology can offer the user and, more importantly, helps encourage its use. The webcast format allows for greater reach throughout the organization and easy user access.

After a structured seminar, a Q&A session with the expert and your team will follow. This will allow your team to ask more specific questions on how the training given during the seminar can be applicable to your organization.

We present these Take 15’s as seminars with seats made available to different organizations that fall under similar structures (ex. Corporate offices, Community Health Centers, etc). This way attendees will likely face similar obstacles during their work, and likely have similar needs and questions. Ensuring that the training is applicable to all attendees.

The Process

Together with the attendees, we select a important topic and our expert will craft a lesson with current and relevant knowledge. This lesson will be produced into a 10 – 15 minute video that may include demonstrations and other visual aids. This video will begin the broadcast and form the basis for the seminar’s lesson. After the video has completed the seminar will transition seamlessly into a live Q&A session featuring our expert. Attendees will then be able to ask any questions they might have regarding today’s seminar and how it pertains to their organization.

When the broadcast is completed. The Take 15 will be processed, including Q&A, and a video will be uploaded to your SharePoint for use by you and your organization.
