Connecting with clients at the Alliance for Healthier Communities Conference.

The opportunity to meet clients and understand their needs is key to any vendor/client relationship. So, when the Alliance for Healthier Communities mentioned their annual conference to us, we immediately jumped at the chance to meet some of our existing clients, along with many more that may still need our products or services.

Connections were easy!

As a booth, we were well positioned and as a team, we were informed of the needs of the CHCs present, since then we’ve met many more organizations that have since, reached out to understand the savings, the services and the solutions that are being offered to the membership.

Popular services CHCs are requesting

Teams as small as four or five, to organizations with hundreds of accounts, have since reached out, for services primarily in SharePoint for use like Board Portals . Another popular request is for Migration services from servers to the cloud are also in demand and as the discounts offered to the Alliance membership weighs in, the benefits are substantial!

Training for success

Training is also in demand, for sites that are working to get their users more comfortable and productive on the technology, for this we have been booking many Take 15 sessions to offer online and even in person training and workshops.

As a Microsoft Direct Partner focused on Modern Work our approach is to make custom solutions that can be deployed with almost “out of the box” ease. To achieve that, takes the talent of the team but also the connection with the client, and there is no better way to do that than in person. Congratulations to the Alliance on a successful ( and sold out) event and we look forward to attending in 2025!

FAQs

How can I qualify for this offer?

The one-month free offer is available for all member organizations of the Alliance for Healthier Communities of Ontario.

Are we required to have a Managed Services contract in place, to redeem this offer?

This offer does not require a mandatory Managed Services contract to qualify. However, participants must be a member organization of the Alliance for Healthier Communities.

Are we still eligible for Application Support / Managed Services for Microsoft 3654 at the negotiated rate, if we need this service later on?

Yes. The negotiated rate is maintained for all member organizations if and when they are needed.

Will our Office 365 data residency be maintained in Canada?

Yes. As a Tier 1 Microsoft Partner, we establish/maintain the relationship between your organization and Microsoft, and choose Canada as the data center of requirement for all Alliance Member Organizations.

Is this offer being extended for a "soon to be" out of date license or other limited offer?

Simply put, no. We are offering the most current versions of the Microsoft 365 licence SKUs, and further reinforced this via our initial assessment of the Organizations’ needs at the initial stages of our engagement.

What if I do not have a contract currently, how long does the cutover take?

If you do not have a contract in place and currently purchase your licences monthly, we can complete your assessment and cutover in about two days from the start of the process to the end.

Will I lose service during the cutover?

We work to connect the new subscriptions before the cutover form your current setup, mirroring your licence set up, or improving on it to save cost and improve efficiency. This approach solves the issue of lost of use by end users during the cutover process.

Does the one month free offer expire?

We are offering this for onboarding member organizations for 2024 only. Getting your three steps completed and knowing when your current contract (if any) expires, is your best bet to get into the discount program for 2024.
