Are you a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) who’s passionate about enabling people, strengthening organizations, and making a real impact through learning? 

We are building a network of exceptional MCT partners to support future training engagements both virtual and in‑person with clients ranging from small and mid‑sized organizations to large enterprises across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). 

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a growing Microsoft Solutions Partner, deliver high‑value training experiences, and help organizations maximize the value of Microsoft technologies. 

As a Microsoft Certified Trainer within our extended instructor community, you will be engaged on a contract / associate basis for upcoming client training initiatives. Engagements may include: 

• Instructor‑led training (ILT) 

• Virtual classroom delivery 

• On‑site workshops and bootcamps 

• Customized, role‑based learning experiences 

• End‑user adoption and enablement sessions 

Training topics will span the Microsoft ecosystem, including (but not limited to) Microsoft 365, Azure, Security & Compliance, Power Platform, and collaboration tools.

  • Flexible engagements: Virtual and in‑person delivery based on your availability and expertise 
  • Diverse clients: Work with a wide range of organizations across industries and sizes

  • Local focus, global reach: GTA‑based clients with the opportunity for remote delivery beyond the region

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality instructor‑led training aligned to Microsoft standards 

• Adapt content to meet client needs and learning objectives 

• Create an inclusive and interactive learning environment (virtual or in‑person) 

• Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes 

• Represent our organization professionally while upholding Microsoft training best practices

• • Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status (required) 
  • Strong subject‑matter expertise in one or more Microsoft technologies 
  • Proven experience delivering instructor‑led training (virtual and/or in‑person) 
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills 
  • Ability to tailor delivery for technical and non‑technical audiences 
  • Availability to support engagements in the GTA (for in‑person sessions) 
  • A collaborative, client‑focused mindset
